I wrote SEVEN CITY STORIES from 1982 to 1984 after returning to Minnesota from San Francisco where I had worked as a night-time cab driver for seven years. from 1973 to 1980; when I was 29 to 36 years of age. Now in 2026, at age 81, I am writing these remarks after converting these stories to digital form for access on this website.
